1) You don't work for ijji / MAIET or any other company related to GunZ nor have contacts with any of them.
2) You won't break through any encryption related to LegendGamers.
3) You won't set up a DDoS, DoS or any other attack that'll lead into a disturbing of our service.
4) We are not responsible for any inconvenience our products may cause.
5) We are also not responsible for any inconvience or interrupting of our service, due to your own fault.
6) The owners are not responsible when they cut off your access to our services. The so called 'banning', 'muting' or 'wiping' are grounded on facts, which we can prove.
7) Whenever you get 'banned' or 'muted', you'll lose your eventually bought donator color. We are not held responsible for this. It's your mistake.

For every visitor on our web or game server both will log your IP. We collect those information to protect you, the customer, from phishing or any other way
of the so called scamming. Due to the logging we do, we can track your account to your IP, and so forth. We also might log creditcard numbers, billing addresses for further investigation.
This due to the high amount of creditcard generators and such.
With respect to security: and we have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we
have collected from you at our site. We are still not responsible for a loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected.
If we show the IP address of a user in the public (for example, the auto-ban page), the last 2 or 3 digits will be blurred out, for security purposes, although you don't deserve it
if you end up on the auto ban page.
The information you provided will NOT be handed to any other company, member or what so ever. Only staff is able to view more personal information and the real personal information is only visible for Administrators.

>Donation Policy
For every donator to our services and believe me, we really need them, we need to get a few things straight. First of all we might log your information as stated in the privacy policy.
Another thing that needs to be told is that if you make a donation you may NOT refund it. Our donation systems are fully automated and therefore will permanently ban your computer,
IP address and accounts. We are not responsible for any actions our system makes, a system has no flaws, it's always the users fault. Of course the system cannot work properly if it is
bugged but our systems are tested and are confirmed to work properly. We will never lift those bans, so once you have done a refund, whether you won or lost, your ban will stay.
